3. In discussions concerning the existence of God, should one start out assuming that no god exists? Why or why not?
4. If you grew up as a Catholic, Buddhist, or Muslim, would you still be Catholic, Buddhist, or Muslim?
- Or would you have converted to what you currently are (assuming you are not one of the three I mentioned)
Mormons are Christian. It's clear in the name of the church: The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. The Mormon God is the same god as the Christian God.
ReplyDeleteAnonymous,
ReplyDeleteFirst of all, thank you for your comment! I hope to hear from you again soon.
What you said was a little off topic- do you have a response to the questions I asked?
As for what you had to say, I encourage you to learn more about your own religion and Christianity as well. Once you get a basic understanding of both religions, it becomes obvious that they are entirely different.
A possible reason for confusion on this topic is that Christians and Mormons use a lot of the same words, but the words have different meanings for each.
If you would like to discuss this further, I could do a post comparing the two!
